No matter where you are traveling from, we are pleased to provide information, treatment coordination and local assistance for patients who are visiting our clinic from outside of San Diego. The team at SDSM is ready to assist with both medical and non-medical services to help make your stay in San Diego as convenient and comfortable as possible.

Many of our patients and their family members visit us from outside San Diego County and need hotel accommodations during their stay. Some hotels offer discounted rates to San Diego Sexual Medicine patients and friends subject to availability--ask if they have an Alvarado Hospital corporate rate. You can choose a hotel near our offices and Alvarado Hospital or close to major San Diego attractions. Hotel Circle in the Mission Valley area is easy access to our office and to tourist locations--you will find most of the major hotel chains there. Hotel prices downtown vary according to what convention is in town. When you speak to one of the hotel representatives, be sure to be specific about your individual needs during your stay. Wheelchair accessible showers, kitchenettes, transportation and other features may be available (this varies per property) to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay. You may also want to check with the hotel regarding restaurant recommendations for your visit.
